What to say in Valentine's Day?

And here again come Valentine's Day... you need something to talk about love...

Before the whole world goes off to sleep again, before the moon makes a re-visit, please get up and at least for once have a look at how beautiful mornings can be. Good Morning and have a wonderful Valentine Day ahead.

Go out and spread your cheer, joy and love.
I just want to stay by you day and night. I love you.

A list of 20 characteristics of a successful person

  1. Struggle Is Good - Never say "I can't take it anymore." Say "Bring it on!"
  2. Don't Complain - Complaining is the biggest waste of time there is. Either do something about it, and if you can't, shut up about it.
  3. Spend Time With People You Love - That's your family and best friends. If you don't have a family, create one. Most people in life are only visitors. Family is for life.
  4. Don't Start A Relationship If You're Not In Love -  You're either in love, or you are not.
  5. Don't fool yourself - It's not fair to you and the other person.
  6. Exercise Daily -A healthy body is where you have to start everything in life. If you can't build a healthy and strong body, what CAN you build in life?
  7. Keep A Journal - No, keeping a journal is not for children. It helps you to become a better thinker and writer. "I don't want to be a writer" you might think. Well, how many emails and texts do you send a day? Everybody is a writer.
  8. Be Grateful - Say 'thank you' to everyone and everything. "Thank you for this beautiful day." "Thank you for your email." "Thank you for being there for me."
  9. Don't Care About What People Think - We all die in the end, do you really think it matters what people think of you?
  10. Take More Risks - Don't be such a wimp.
  11. Pick An Industry, Not A Job - If you want to become good at something, you need to spend years and years doing that. You can't do that if you hop from industry to industry. Pick an industry you love and start at the bottom. You will find the perfect role for you eventually.
  12. Lead The Way - When you find yourself in a situation where everyone looks at each other, it's time for you to lead. You're a leader when you decide to become one. There's no initiation or a title. Just a decision.
  13. Money Isn't Important - It really isn't. But you have to train yourself not to care about money. Don't become too dependent on the stuff you own -- otherwise, the stuff will own you.
  14. Be Nice - I don't mean you should be a pushover. You can be someone that doesn't take shit and be nice about it. Just don't insult people, think you're better than them, or act like an idiot.
  15. Learn Every Day - You've got to train your brain to stay alert. You don't have to read a book a day to learn every day. Learn from your mistakes. Learn from the people around you - be open to what they can teach you.
  16. Rest Before You Are Tired - Even if you love your job, and every day seems like a holiday, you need to take time to rest. You're a human and not an android, never forget that.
  17. Don't Judge - Just because people make different choices than you, they are not stupid. Also, you don't know everything about people, so don't judge them - help them.
  18. Think About Others - Just be mindful, that's all. We all have families, bills to pay, and our own issues. Don't always make everything about yourself.
  19. Give Without Expecting Something In Return - Don't keep score. You will become a bitter person if you do that. Give solely for the joy of giving. If you get something in return, great, if you don't, great.
  20. There's No End Game - We, as species, just are. Don't try to figure it all out. Enjoy your journey.

How can I improve my spoken English without staying in an English-speaking country?

How can I improve my spoken English without staying in an English-speaking country?

Good advice from Quora

You may want to explore these practical approaches to improve your spoken English:

  1. After reading an English story book or the daily English newspaper, do a running commentary - by speaking aloud - about what you have learned from the story or the news;
  2. After watching an English movie, articulate your impressions and/or feelings about the movie, say in the form of a quick movie review;
  3. Upon listening to a pod-casts in English, or an English news broadcast, again make a running commentary - again by speaking aloud - to yourself;
  4. Striking up a casual conversations with ordinary folks you meet in the streets or in the queue;
  5. Using Skype or other internet technology to converse with international friends who speak English;
  6. Calling up customer service of any MNC's, and pretending to put forward your complaint, or enquiry about a new product or service, in English of course;
  7. Finding one daily news article in your native language, and translating it verbatim into English to the best of your ability. Get hold of a friend who is a top dog in English so as to elicit candid feedback;
  8.  Grabbing any postcard or photo or picture at random, and proceeding to articulate what's in the picture: whats the theme/what's in the foreground/what's in the background/what's in the centre or middle/what's on the right/what's on the left/what's at the top/what's at the bottom/what at the top-right/top-left/bottom-right/bottom-left/what's happening/is it inside or outside/who's there/how's the weather and/or timing; how do you know/compare and contrast/how do you feel/what do you like/what do you dislike/would you like to be in the postcard or photo or picture; why and why not?
  9. Once in a while, inviting your friendly English teacher or a buddy who is a top dog in English, over a cuppa or a simple quick meal, under the pretext of holding social conversations/intellectual interactions;

In a nut shell, the key to fluency in speaking the English Language is Practice, Practice, and Practice!

Naturally, nothing beats the dynamic interpersonal interaction of your everyday real life activities, as much as you can, involving real communication with real people!

There are plenty of people willing to do that for you.
